These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1baji governing your use of the platform, your account, and all wagering activity. By registering an account and accessing the 1baji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the 1baji website and its associated services (collectively referred to as "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 1baji, including account creation, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, use of bonuses, and any communications with 1baji support staff.
These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the 1baji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 1baji. You should read each of these documents before creating an account. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by 1baji.
1baji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Where changes are material, 1baji will endeavour to notify registered users through their registered email address or through a notice displayed upon login. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
1baji is strictly an adult gaming platform. To register and maintain an account on the 1baji Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. The 18+ rule is absolute and applies to all users without exception regardless of local custom or personal circumstance.
- You must be a natural person (an individual human being) — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not hold player accounts.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
- You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order with 1baji or any affiliated platform.
- You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 1baji or any of its technology, payment, or game-content partners.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.
1baji employs age verification as a mandatory step in the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. All accounts are required to submit a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) scan or equivalent government-issued identity document before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is successful. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and any balance held will be forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible gaming standards.

Age Verification is Mandatory
Every account must pass KYC age verification using a Bangladesh NID or valid government-issued photo ID. Withdrawals are blocked until verification is complete. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
Account Registration & Security
Each individual is permitted to hold one single account on the 1baji Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1baji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets originating from duplicate accounts, and withhold any balances where evidence of abuse is found.
When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID, your date of birth, a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You are responsible for ensuring that all account details remain current. 1baji is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided at registration or from failure to update details when circumstances change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full liability for all such activity. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 1baji immediately at [email protected] so that the account can be secured.
1baji reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time as part of its ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account access restrictions or permanent closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the 1baji Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no foreign currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may be applied at the account level subject to KYC verification status and may change over time at 1baji's discretion.
1baji supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary from time to time based on technical factors or third-party provider availability. 1baji is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the payment method provider's own infrastructure.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time and credited to your 1baji wallet immediately upon confirmation of the mobile money transfer. Bank card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect depending on the issuing bank's processing times. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes of a confirmed transfer, you should contact 1baji support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 to 60 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays in Bangladesh. Withdrawals for accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending completion of the verification process. 1baji reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used for any withdrawal request.
All funds deposited into your 1baji account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments — that is, deposits or withdrawals using accounts or payment instruments owned by another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any transaction identified as originating from a third-party source may result in account suspension and return of the relevant funds to the originating payment method minus any applicable processing fees incurred.
Minimum Transaction Amount
Both deposits and withdrawals carry a minimum amount of ৳500. There is no upper limit for deposits on verified accounts. Withdrawal upper limits are set individually based on account KYC level.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
1baji offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the promotional page for that offer, which form a supplementary part of this agreement when you opt into the relevant promotion. In the event of conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for matters expressly covered therein.
Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 1baji promotions:
- Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in total).
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
- Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are detailed in the individual promotion terms. As a general rule, live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots unless otherwise stated.
- A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any strategy or pattern of play identified by 1baji as being designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting using promotional funds, or coordination between accounts — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in account closure.
- 1baji reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a player has already opted into an active promotion, 1baji will endeavour to honour the original terms unless evidence of abuse or system error necessitates an adjustment.

Transparent Bonus Terms
Every 1baji promotion is published with clear, plain-English wagering requirements, validity periods, and game contribution rates. 1baji does not change bonus terms retroactively after a player has opted in. If something is unclear, contact support before accepting the offer.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All wagers placed on the 1baji Platform are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the event, market, selection, odds, and stake — before confirming the wager. 1baji does not accept cancellation requests for settled or in-progress bets except in the specific circumstances described below.
For sportsbook markets, the following general rules apply:
- Void bets: A bet will be declared void if the event to which it relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion in a manner that prevents a result from being determined. Voided bets are returned to the player's account as stake credit at the original odds of 1.00.
- Obvious errors: Where a bet has been accepted at odds that are clearly and demonstrably erroneous (for example, a market published at the wrong price due to a data feed error), 1baji reserves the right to void the affected bet or to re-settle it at the correct odds. 1baji will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.
- In-play betting: In-play (live) markets are offered subject to data availability. 1baji reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted before a market suspension was triggered are valid unless they relate to events that have already been determined at the time the bet was placed.
- Cricket-specific rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral Bangladesh series matches, DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method results are accepted as official results for match-winner markets where weather interruption occurs. Specific market rules for total runs, player performance, and innings-based markets are stated in the sport-specific betting rules section available in the 1baji help centre.
For casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the relevant game studio (for example, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Red Tiger, or Spribe for Aviator). 1baji does not control or influence RNG outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game's information panel. Past outcomes in RNG games have no influence on future results.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1baji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances where appropriate.
Fraudulent Identity
Creating an account using false, stolen, or borrowed identity information. All accounts must be registered and operated by the genuine account holder using their own verified identity documents.
Automated Wagering
Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, participate in games, or interact with the Platform in any way that bypasses or replicates normal human user behaviour.
Money Laundering
Using the 1baji Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable regulations.
Collusion & Match Fixing
Colluding with other players, sports participants, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or market on the Platform. Any evidence of match fixing or collusion will be reported to appropriate sports governing bodies.
Exploiting Software Errors
Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify errors must report them to support immediately. Any winnings derived from a known error may be voided.
Bonus Abuse
Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinating bonus strategies across accounts, or using any technique designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine recreational intent, including systematic low-risk hedging with promotional funds.
Account Closure & Termination
You may close your 1baji account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 1baji will process the closure within 5 business days. Before closure is finalised, any remaining balance in your account that exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500 will be returned to your verified payment method. Balances below ৳500 at the time of closure may not be refundable depending on the payment method's minimum transfer capability.
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — such as concerns about problem gambling — please request a self-exclusion rather than a standard closure. Self-exclusion can be requested for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently, and provides additional safeguards including being prevented from reopening an account during the exclusion period. 1baji reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request to do so.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or illegal use of the Platform.
- Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as detailed in the account management section of the help centre, up to a maximum of ৳200 per month, and will never reduce below ৳0.
- Instruction from a relevant authority, law enforcement body, or financial intelligence unit.
Upon termination by 1baji for cause (e.g., fraud or material terms breach), any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where investigation concludes that no recoverable balance is due to the account holder, the remaining funds may be reallocated or forfeited in accordance with applicable law. 1baji will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the account holder's registered email address.
Voluntary Closure
Email [email protected] to request account closure. Balances above ৳500 will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.
Dormant Accounts
Accounts inactive for 12+ consecutive months are classified as dormant and may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of up to ৳200. Account balances will never be reduced below ৳0. Log in periodically to keep your account active.

Player Fund Security
Your deposited funds are held separately from 1baji operational funds. In the event of any operational disruption, player balances are protected and remain accessible for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes not resolved through 1baji's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction. 1baji will cooperate with all lawful requests from competent authorities.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced, where possible, with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1baji with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings — whether written or verbal — between you and 1baji relating to the subject matter herein.
Waiver
No failure or delay by 1baji in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms & Conditions shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. A waiver of any breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license any of your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any third party without the prior written consent of 1baji. 1baji may assign its rights and obligations under these terms at any time, including in the context of a corporate restructure, merger, or acquisition, provided that the assignee assumes all obligations owed to you under the existing terms.
